Let’s get fit and healthy to shape up for a safe summer!

That’s the message from Trafford Council as it launches its fabulous free family-friendly summer roadshows at venues across the borough throughout August.

The roadshows – Shape Up For a Safe Summer – are all about health, fitness and wellbeing and feature a number of sports, wellbeing events and family fun days.
