Dear parents and carers,

Due to the very warm weather we are currently experiencing which is making learning in classrooms more challenging, pupils will be able to come to school wearing their PE kit until the end of this week. If pupils currently do not have their PE kit yet (because it is on order) they are to wear their normal uniform, but do not need to wear their tie, jumper and blazer. This temporary uniform adjustment will help pupils and teachers to continue to focus on the most important thing – learning in lessons. Pupils will be expected to wear their normal uniform again from next Monday (Sept 11th) but we will continue to monitor closely the weather forecast into next week and will make any further adjustments should they be necessary.
