RESET brings families, children and young people together with local service providers from the Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise sector, statutory services and public health to gain understanding and awareness of the impact of mental health on children, families and young people. For more information go here: RESET 24 — Calm Connections
RESET provides an opportunity to share life stories and experience with a view to developing shared solutions to the issues facing the system by putting people at the heart of service delivery.
Calm Connections is working with Trafford Local Care Organisation to deliver RESET in the shopping centre in the Hiya Place in Sale Town Centre on May 9th, 10 – 3pm to further connect with families, schools and the community in terms of mental health and wellbeing support. This RESET event will include the following elements:
- Mental health and wellbeing market place – a place to come and meet the organisations who are providing mental health and wellbeing support to families and young people across Central Trafford and find out what’s on offer.
- 100 Voices Exhibition – An exhibition of creative art to capture and amplify the voices of children, young people and parents/caregivers from across Trafford.
- A space to be heard – a number of activities will be provided for people to share their experiences, their hopes for the future and explore what is needed to help them feel well.
