The club confirmed that the doors of Old Trafford will open up for the return of Warm Hub evenings to help those facing difficult months ahead.
This forms part of a wide range of initiatives with Manchester United Foundation to support people in need as temperatures fall and heating bills rise. The Red Café will provide a space to stay warm, chat and have a hot drink and snacks.
The area will be available to everyone, free of charge, every Monday, starting on the 25th November and will continue for a few weeks. They are running from 5 – 8 pm each Monday. People can arrive and register via the Sir Alex Ferguson Stand reception and will be guided to the Red Café.
In addition to the physical benefits of the warm space, the club want the Red Café to be a welcoming place for people who may feel lonely or worried during the festive period to spend time with others in safe surroundings.
