This week we have been celebrating World Book Day. The English department have dressed up as some famous literary characters and we have been enjoying quizzes, assemblies and we have especially enjoyed writing for the national ‘Young Writers’ competition.
As you may be aware, each year we run a charity project where we take a group of Year 10 pupils to a school in Romania for a week, to work with orphans and disadvantaged children. As part of our fundraising efforts this year, we are holding a Bonker’s Bingo night, hosted by DS Entertainment…
